Done something to my left calf. I'm so p-i-s-s-i-n-g bored of these niggly almost-injuries that aren't that serious but nevertheless seem to plague me on a weekly basis and stop me from doing what I want to do.

Did it walking up a hill on Sunday evening when we all went out in the country. It wasn't particularly steep or strenuous so I can't really explain it but by yesterday morning the muscle was so tight and tender, and as hard as concrete, that I couldn't walk on it properly. So I took the day off from running. Today it felt a tiny bit better. But it really hurt when I ran; felt rigid and stiff and sore. Plus my running trousers have died.

Never mind.
