Good run. Ran with Gaz tonight. 4 miles. I could tell he was itching to go faster right from the off, and I felt like I had to keep up with him. After a mile I told him to just go, and I caught up with him back at his place. He finished about 15 minutes before me.

It was really good though! A happy run. I enjoyed it. Didn't feel any pain, didn't feel tired, didn't feel out of breath. Bloody cold though.
